Replies usually go out within a couple of days.
These are calculators, so a wrong result matters more than a typo. If a figure looks off, the most useful email includes the page, the values entered, the result shown and what was expected. That is usually enough to reproduce the problem without further back and forth.
Model pricing is a special case. Rates are synced daily from a public dataset and each pricing page links to the vendor's official page — if the two disagree, the vendor is right, and a note about which model is wrong gets the list corrected.
Requests are welcome, and the ones that get built are the specific ones: what the calculation is, what goes in and what should come out. "A calculator for X" is harder to act on than a worked example of the arithmetic being done by hand today.
